In Monday June 27, at approximately 7:15 pm the Deuel County Deputies were called to assist Nebraska State Patrol Trooper at mile marker 113 on interstate 80, in Keith County. Deputy arrived and was advised that the male driver took off on foot northbound from the traffic stop towards the river. NSP troopers called in Keith County Sheriffs office along with Deuel County to assist in located the make suspect. NSP K9 was deployed but was unsuccessful in located the suspect. The search was called off at approximately 10 pm. At approximately 5:30 am the Deuel County Deputies were called to the east side of Big Springs for a male sitting on the rail-road tracks. 

This was the suspect from the night before. He was detain and turned over to the Nebraska State Patrol. We would like to thank the public for all the calls.
