Take notice that a public hearing to consider public input regarding the following issues is hereby scheduled for Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 6:00 p.m, immediately preceding the regular city council meeting of the City of Gordon, Nebraska, and will be held at the Gordon City Building, 311 N. Oak St. Gordon, Nebraska 69343:
1. Revision to Gordon City Ordinance §10-405, authorizing variances and special exceptions to zoning and subdivision regulations be granted by the City Council after review and recommendation by the City Planning Commission.
2. Review of application made by Kenny Haller to build short term accommodation housing units which are less than 900 square feet.
3. Consider vacation of Public Right of Way which is approximately 20 feet wide (north to south) and 160 feet in length (east to west) and which is located in between the parcels identified and defined as described in instruments recorded in the Sheridan County Deed Record at Inst. No. 2020-00960 and Inst. No. 2021-00924. If vacated, ownership would revert to the owners of the abutting real estate, one-half (½) on each side thereof.
