Join us for an informal tour and discussion of using temporary fence to subdivide pastures and increase stocking rate. Tom Marcy and crew will show and discuss pros, cons, and lessons learned in their first year using a single strand of electrified polybraid and step-in posts to subdivide pastures for yearling steers.
Meet at 9am on Wednesday, September 14th at Tom’s employee’s house located 5.7 miles south of Hay Springs on Highway 87 and 5.7 miles east on 510th Road.
