East 20th Street between Broadway & 1st Avenue
The City of Scottsbluff would like to advise the public that East 20th Street from the alley between Broadway and 1st Avenue, east to 1st Avenue, will be closed to traffic on Monday, November 28, 2022, for the repair of a water leak.
