The Box Butte County Detention Center is accepting applications for Full-Time Corrections Officers. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and county retirement program. Shifts can vary, must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience preferred but not required, we will provide the right applicant with all training. Applicants must be 19 years of age or older, in good physical condition, have a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check, and able to work legally in the United States. Hourly rate is $18.00/hr after successfully completing a probationary period.
