3.5% of citizens unemployed in Scotts Bluff County in 2021

Scotts Bluff County recorded an unemployment rate of 3.5% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 620 people out of the 36,229 living in Scotts Bluff County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Scotts Bluff County has decreased compared to the 4.5% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Scotts Bluff County was greater than the statewide unemployment rate of 3.3%.

Of the 17,252 people who had a job during that time, 20 were employed in the Armed Forces and 17,232 belonged to the civilian labor force.
