U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE) has announced that his constituent casework staff have successfully conducted Mobile Office Hours in all 93 counties of Nebraska this year. The initiative aims to provide assistance to Nebraskans who may find it challenging to visit district offices for help.
Senator Ricketts emphasized the importance of accessibility, stating, "I am in Washington to serve Nebraskans and renew opportunity. I know that rural and hard-working Nebraskans might not be able to take the time to drive to one of our district offices if they need assistance from their senator. That’s why my team is committed to traveling to every part of the state to ensure every Nebraskan has a chance to seek help from my office."
During these Mobile Office Hours, Ricketts' staff are present on-site to assist with casework needs. They aim to help resolve issues or facilitate contact with the appropriate federal offices if constituents experience delays in receiving responses.
