U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE) held his second Federal Issues Forum at the Nebraska State Fair, focusing on federal matters affecting Nebraskans. The forum featured legislative updates from Senator Ricketts and included two panel discussions. Notable attendees were EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin and Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso (R-WY).
“I’m grateful for Administrator Zeldin, Majority Whip Barrasso, and many Nebraskans who attended this year’s Federal Issues Forum,” said Ricketts. “Working with the Trump Administration, Senate Republicans are protecting families, securing the border, and fostering a stronger economy. I’ll continue fighting to deliver results and get our country back on track.”
The event was held in the Raising Nebraska Building. During the forum, Ricketts emphasized his ongoing work to bring "Proven Nebraska Solutions that are Ready for America." Attendees received copies of the Ricketts Review, which details some of his legislative priorities over the past year.
