The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Scotts Bluff County was $2.91 per gallon.
Of the 24 reported gas stations in cities within Scotts Bluff County, five offer regular gas.
The average reported price of regular gas in Nebraska was $2.97, compared to $2.91 the week before.
